Privacy notice
Last updated 11 August 2026.
This notice covers the early-access waitlist forms on this website, and the investor contact form this site carried until August 2026. It is written to satisfy Australian Privacy Principle 5 (notice at the point of collection) and, for anyone contacting us from the EU or UK, Articles 13–14 of the GDPR.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus a small amount of technical context sent with it:
- Early-access waitlist — your email address and consent, and optionally your study stage, subject or course, and current target. The email address and consent are the only required fields. Until August 2026 the early-access page also asked for an institution; those earlier answers are still held under this notice and can be deleted on request.
- Investor form (retired) — the site no longer offers this form. Earlier submissions — name, email address, firm or fund, and message — are still held under this notice, and can be deleted on request.
- Alongside either — the page you submitted from, the referring URL, any query string, and the time of submission.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to run the conversation you started — matching you to a relevant early-access cohort, or continuing a discussion you began through the retired investor form. The optional study details are used to decide which early cohorts and subjects the product supports first, and nothing else. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Each submission travels to two places at once:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) forwards it to us by email and retains it briefly on their servers.
- Google Sheets, via Google Apps Script, holds the permanent record in an access-controlled spreadsheet.
Both are processors acting on our instructions. This means your details may be stored on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Until the conversation is clearly over and for no more than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to retain it. Records we no longer need are deleted from the spreadsheet.
Age
The waitlist is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 16. Please do not enter anybody else’s details, or any health or diagnostic information, in the optional fields — your stage, subject and learning target are all we need. If you believe a child has submitted their details, email [email protected] and we will delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU or UK.
