Privacy notice

This notice covers the two forms on this website: the investor contact form and the Founding Pilot application. It is written to satisfy Australian Privacy Principle 5 (notice at the point of collection) and, for anyone contacting us from the EU or UK, Articles 13–14 of the GDPR.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus a small amount of technical context sent with it:
- Investor form — your name, email address, phone number, firm or fund (optional), preferred contact channel (WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone), and your message (optional).
- Founding Pilot application — your name, email address, phone number, the learner’s year or grade, the subject and goal, and your description of where the learner is stuck.
- Alongside either — the page you submitted from, the referring URL, any query string, and the time of submission.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to run the conversation you started — an investor discussion, or assessing whether the pilot is a fit for the learner. Your phone number is collected so we can message you on the channel you chose. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Each submission travels to two places at once:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) forwards it to us by email and retains it briefly on their servers.
- Google Sheets, via Google Apps Script, holds the permanent record in an access-controlled spreadsheet.
Both are processors acting on our instructions. This means your details may be stored on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Until the conversation is clearly over and for no more than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to retain it. Records we no longer need are deleted from the spreadsheet.
Learners under 18
The Founding Pilot application is completed by a parent or guardian, not by the learner. Please do not include the learner’s full name, contact details, school, or any health or diagnostic information in the free-text field — a description of the academic difficulty is all we need. Consent covering the learner is confirmed separately at interview, before any pilot begins.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU or UK.
